Whether as a Mentee you come with a specific area you’d like support in e.g 'Transitioning into UX' or 'Portfolio refinement and job interview preparation', or something more general that you may not be able to quite put your finger on just yet, this programme will offer you a personalised plan based on your needs.
Throughout the sessions your Mentor will not only guide you using core UX methodologies and tools, they’ll also share some of their own practical experiences. Your mentor isn’t there to ‘preach’ but more so, to ‘impart’ and share knowledge and encourage growth.
You can be assured your Mentor will always be respectful, approachable and that they too will benefit from the intellectual companionship and engagement with you.
