Identified numerous opportunities to help people make progress with these Jobs and created a strategic framework for managing the long term transition of Aucklanders away from their cars
  • Used Jobs To Be Done research to identify how Onwardly, a cyber security startup, could improve its product on dimensions that drove customer choice and compete as a low cost disruptor against the large US incumbents
  • Delivered an end-to-end innovation process for one of Australasia's largest property developers resulting in a whole new shopping mall experience for young families
  • Facilitated a Blood Donor innovation programme for the Blood Service which uncovered completely new ways of encouraging blood donation by tapping into the emotional and social drivers of donation choices.
