Currently serving as CIO at Elemental Concept, Gaven partners with teams and clients to design, build, and deploy robust systems that meet real-world needs.He thrives in environments that demand rapid clarity, turning ambiguity into action through deep technical expertise and clear-eyed leadership.
Gaven’s background is highly diverse and includes senior roles at Standard Chartered Bank, cyber security teaching roles at PSB Academy and an extensive career as a freelance technical consultant and entrepreneur—where he’s led cloud migrations, built high-performing tech teams, and mentored the next generation of cyber professionals. Whether teaching in a classroom or architecting distributed platforms, Gaven brings enthusiasm, strategic insight, and a builder’s mindset to everything he does.
Outside of work Gaven is a keen e-foiler and surfer and will take pretty much any excuse to jump in the water.
