Kimberley Edgell

Kimberley is a passionate and experienced researcher who helps turn insights into meaningful experiences for her clients and their customers. With over 20 years’ experience in education, customer research and design leadership, she has a successful track record at building teams and cultivating cultures around the perspectives and skills we already use daily in our work: empathy, objectivity, and creativity.

Kimberley has previously worked in both consultancy and in-house environments such as Air New Zealand where design plays a vital role in connecting digital, environment, and people.  

When not working Kimberely can be found sampling the menus of local restaurants or at motor racing circuits around New Zealand.
